We invest considerable time and effort in developing an in-depth understanding of our client’s culture and needs. The best hires are not necessarily the most obvious candidates, and we draw on our professional networks, industry knowledge and internal research resources to identify interesting and credible individuals. It is important to source widely, particularly when candidates’ personal, as well as professional, qualities are critical. We complete our searches by utilising rigorous analysis, creativity and sound judgement.

We run the whole process in-house and constantly update our clients on our progress. Partners conduct all candidate meetings and candidates are only presented once they have been met and assessed. CVs are accompanied by an objective written report that address the skills, experience and competencies required for the role, along with the candidate’s motivation for making a move. We brief and debrief candidates and clients throughout the interview stage, gathering feedback and managing expectations, and guide the process through to completion. This includes helping our clients frame their offer, counselling candidates through the resignation phase and sticking closely to them during their notice period. We then regularly follow up with both our client and candidate post start date.

We are conscious of the need to provide clients with a diverse list of candidates.
