Marnie Woolf was one of the first compliance recruitment specialists in the City and has been recruiting in this area since 1996. Her in-depth knowledge of the market allows her to seek out elusive candidates for hiring organisations and find individuals the next role to develop their career. Marnie has successfully placed compliance candidates at all levels across financial services both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to setting up Woolf&Co in 2006, Marnie spent 10 years establishing and leading the compliance practice of a major executive recruitment firm, following an earlier career in retail.
