Nick Woolf

Nick Woolf has worked in executive search since 1995. His focus is principally within professional services where he specialises in partner and senior director searches for law, real estate, accountancy and management consultancy firms. This includes hiring numerous BD, COO, Finance, HR and IT Directors, as well as NEDs, for leading organisations. In addition, he has extensive experience of recruiting General Counsel and infrastructure roles for financial institutions. He has recruited for the FCA and SFO and acted for the Cabinet Office on Central Government positions.

Prior to moving his practice to Woolf&Co, Nick was a Partner with Sainty, Hird and headed Norman Broadbent’s Professional Services Practice. In his earlier career he was a Government Special Adviser and a Parliamentary Researcher to 3 MPs.

Nick holds a degree in Politics & Legislative Studies.
