Mika Gould started in executive search in 2000. He has extensive experience of identifying relevant candidates, coupled with the skills required to make successful approach calls. He has played a critical role in numerous high-profile appointments within professional services, including the legal sector, as well as senior financial services infrastructure roles. He has also worked across the senior echelons of the public sector.

Prior to joining Woolf&Co, Mika worked for both Sainty, Hird and Norman Broadbent, following an earlier career in CRM for a global, wholesale, travel organisation.

Mika holds a degree in Business Studies & Swedish.
